Trefoil Tutors was established in 2011 with a mission to bring a new level of professionalism to tutoring. Providing outstanding teaching and learning and enriching a student’s educational experience are at the forefront of all that we do.
We offer specialist small group tuition for Years 3 to 13, in order to augment and support the teaching that students receive in school.
Our business is based on three foundational values: Personal, Passionate, Professional.
Being a tutor at Trefoil Tutors goes far beyond providing a platform for outstanding teaching and learning. Our tutors are seen as mentors to students as much as they are teachers. Getting to know students and their families during their time with us is a cornerstone of what we hold to be important and is paramount in ensuring we can communicate effectively with our clients.
At Trefoil Tutors, we are equally committed to sharing our subject knowledge as well as our love of the subjects we teach with our students. Making lessons dynamic, interesting and engaging helps us develop an enjoyment of the subject and promote life-long learning in our students. We are unashamedly geeky!
All too often, tutoring is seen as an additional job. Our team see tutoring differently - we approach it as a vocation in itself. We aim to professionalise all we do, both with regards to our tutoring and our administrative procedures. We use the exceptionally high standards of top Independent and Grammar Schools as the benchmark we hold ourselves to.

We are delighted to introduce Gleiselle, who has joined our team as an Executive Assistant. With a BA in English Literature from University of Warwick, Gleiselle is part of our Operations team and the first port of call for any incoming phone or email queries, liaising with parents and directing them to the right member of our team where necessary. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Gleiselle also closely works with our Directors Vivek and Milda supporting their day-to-day workload.

We are delighted to have welcomed nearly 300 students back into our classrooms for our Mathematics, Further Mathematics, English, Reasoning, Science and Chemistry group lessons.
We are now pleased to offer the final available places to students who are on our waiting list as well as those who are getting in touch with us for the first time.

We are thrilled to share the exciting news that this academic year, we have switched to using the Google Meet platform for allowing students to join our lessons remotely.
This upgrade allows students to join lessons online more efficiently and securely as the connection is provided through a Google Meet link, which does not require any additional software to be installed and can be simply used through any browser. Furthermore, students will only be able to join the call with the tutor’s approval.
As ever, if your son or daughter would like to join their lesson remotely, we ask parents to contact our team and request online access in advance. A 24 hours' notice allows our team to take all necessary steps in order to prepare for the lesson to run smoothly with students attending both in person and online.
We are at your full disposal should you have any questions on using Google Meet or joining lessons remotely.
