With a number of Independent Schools having sent out offer emails in the past few weeks, our Senior Tutor Vivek Gathani has recorded a short video extending his advice to the broader 11+ community in the hope that it will help parents who are facing similar decisions.
Vivek Gathani is the Senior Tutor at Trefoil Tutors. Having grown up in North London, he attended Merchant Taylors’ School. Vivek went on to complete a Mathematics Degree from the University of Warwick and, in 2011, completed his PGCE from the University of Oxford, before returning to North London to teach Mathematics at Haberdashers’ Boys’ School for four years, the last two of which in an additional role as a Deputy Housemaster.
Vivek has been a private mathematics tutor for the last 20 years. He currently tutors over 180 students and oversees the teaching and learning at Trefoil Tutors.
