If you are interested in registering your child for lessons at Trefoil, you can submit your enquiry via our website, by calling our office or by emailing our registration team.
Once you have made your initial enquiry, your details will be passed on to our Director of Accounts Esther who will get in touch with you to discuss your child’s current attainment levels, needs and academic aspirations. They will also review the availability in our lessons and answer any questions you might have about our lesson structure and teaching approach. Above all else, our priority is always ensuring that our lessons are the right fit for the students who come through our doors and we will always be honest in our conversations with you. As our lessons are taught in small groups, we take great care in finding the right way to support each child who comes to our lessons as well as preserving a productive and enriching learning environment for all our students.
Based on the initial conversation, we may arrange a follow-up call with the subject tutor if a more in-depth discussion about the course content is required.
If all parties feel that the group lessons would be the right fit for your child, we will email you detailed information about our lessons as well as the booking details to secure the place.
If we are not able to offer a place immediately, we will be more than happy to add your child’s name to our waiting list.
Once your child joins our lessons, their tutor will be in regular contact with you by writing weekly feedback on your child’s progress and liaising with you in our Termly parent report meetings.
