During the last few weeks, we have asked our students’ parents for feedback regarding their experience using our services. We are grateful to have received as many as 40 responses – thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! Here are some of the results of this year’s feedback survey:
100% of parents who responded to our survey rated Vivek’s subject knowledge as ‘Outstanding’
100% of parents who responded to our survey have seen improvement in their child’s subject knowledge since starting lessons with Trefoil
93% of parents who responded to our survey rated our online portal as ‘Easy to use’ or ‘Very easy to use’
100% of parents who responded to our survey reported that their children either ‘very much enjoyed’ or ‘mostly enjoyed’ their lessons with Trefoil
100% of parents who responded to our survey rated our transition to online hybrid lesson as ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’
100% of parents who responded to our survey would recommend Trefoil Tutors to a friend
