As our lead English tutor Milda takes her maternity leave in the upcoming term, we are delighted to introduce you to Ria, our English tutor who will be working with our English students during this time.
With over 8 years of tutoring experience in English and History, Ria is experienced in working with students from the early years to GCSE and A-level. In addition to her tutoring experience, Ria has also taught support sessions at a primary school in North London to small groups of students, which allows Ria to bring valuable insights from a school environment to her tutoring. Ria is particularly passionate about creative writing: having completed a Children’s Novel Writing course at City University of London, Ria is currently working on several novels of her own. This experience is invaluable when supporting students in their own creative writing pursuits, be it at the 11+ level or as part of GCSE exam preparations.
