National Share-A-Story Month commences today! This month-long celebration was created to appreciate the power of storytelling and story sharing, which provides opportunities to bring children and stories together.
The theme for May 2026 is ‘Once Upon a Storytime,’ aimed to shine a spotlight on the joy of reading aloud and the power of stories to bring people together.
To help students discover interesting books, our English Tutors Kishan and Milda have compiled a list of twelve book recommendations for each year group from Year 3 to Year 11. The books on the list range from timeless classics to recent releases. As they go through the list, students will become familiar with the work of world-famous writers and meet iconic book characters.
