“At Trefoil Tutors, you are regularly updated on your child’s progress. If they have homework they haven’t submitted - you’re notified of that by email. You are fully aware of what is going on and on a termly basis you’ll have a one-to-one consultation with your tutor as well, where you can discuss anything you like and any issues that you might have, or any questions or any anxiety that you might be feeling. You don’t have to chase any of that. And even throughout the course of the term, if you want to call, they’re more than happy to take your calls then as well.”
