At Trefoil Tutors, you are updated on a periodic level around your progress - your child’s progress. Whether they’ve homework they haven’t submitted - you’re notified of that by email. They are on it 24/7. You don’t have to chase them, at all, for anything. You are fully aware of what is going on and what I really like, on a termly basis you’ll have one to one consultation with your tutor as well, where you can discuss anything you like and any issues that you might have, or any questions or any anxiety that you might be feeling. You don’t have to chase any of that. And even throughout the course of the term, if you want to call, they’re more than happy to take your calls then as well.
