Trefoil Tutors are looking to employ a part-time Academic Assistant to join our growing team starting in May 2023.
The Academic Assistant will support the Tutor Team by collating and reviewing academic aspiration data and keeping our selective school information up-to-date. They will also be responsible for marking mathematics assignments for Key Stage 2 and 3. Work will vary week to week throughout the term, providing an engaging role.
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail and be competent working with spreadsheets and data. The role requires having a proactive attitude and good communication skills.
We offer regular hours, a dynamic working environment as part of a small team and versatility that will allow the candidate to experience various aspects of working in an established and growing company.
HOURS
This role is for 10 hours a week, over two afternoons between Monday and Thursday. This is a term time only contract based on 40 weeks throughout a calendar year following our termly schedule. There is potential for additional work to be undertaken outside of term time in the weeks dedicated to planning and preparation.
