Happy birthday, William Shakespeare!
Although we don't really know when the great English playwright was born (and, indeed, there is plenty of debate over his identity to begin with!), the 23rd of April is traditionally observed as Shakespeare's birthday.

With exam season on the horizon, Year 11 and Year 13 students are in the final stages of preparing for their GCSE and A Level examinations. The clocks will go forward in the early hours of tomorrow morning from 1am to 2am. This change in time is called daylight savings and it occurs twice a year; the clocks go forward in March, and backwards in October. This means that we are now entering British Summer Time (BST) and there will be more light in the evenings.
Don’t forget to change your clocks!
