We are delighted to introduce you to the newest member of our office team, Lucy, who has joined us as our new Weekday Receptionist.

Armine is our Director of Operations. With a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Marketing and an MA in Management, Marketing and Commerce, she also received an MSc in Consumer Behaviour.

We would like to remind parents that the deadline to make the payment for the Summer Term and that students' places in the lessons are reserved until Friday, the 25th of March. Please do make sure to make the payment before this date to ensure continuity of lessons

In this week's Senior Tutor Update, Vivek introduces Lucy, our new weekday receptionist. Vivek also reminds everyone that the deadline to apply for our new Weekend Manager role is this week. Vivek thanks the parents of Year 6 students who will have received a call from Anita this week as we gather data to publish our 11+ statistics. As we enter Week 10, we are all encouraged to be mindful of our energy levels with three weeks to go until the Easter break.

“It was such a fantastic idea for Vivek and Milda to organise the 11+ Parents’ Evening because I had no clue about 11+: I didn’t know what to expect, I was scared from what people had told me. But coming here it made me feel more comfortable about it. They talked us through the timeline for the lessons, for the exams, for the interviews, told us about the parents’ role. I found it helpful to know all about the parents’ role in helping the kids and in helping Kishi, my daughter goes through it so she’s not scared about the process."

"The homework is always based on what the students have been working on during the lesson, so children can always work independently.

We would like to inform parents of our current students that priority registration for the Summer Term, Summer lessons and the new academic year is now open!

We are currently looking for a Weekend Manager to join our team in April 2022. The ideal candidate will be an approachable and organised individual with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience in a managerial, administrative and customer-facing role is essential.

In this week's Senior Tutor Update video, Vivek reflects on how much has changed from one year ago, when students were returning to school after the final lockdown. Vivek introduced Chris, who will be joining the Trefoil Tutors team as our new, full-time Teacher of Mathematics.

Today, primary school students around the country receive their secondary school offers issued by Grammar and State Schools.

In this week’s Senior Tutor Update, Vivek emphasises that while the lion’s share of teaching and learning does take place in the classroom, students are always welcome to use any remaining classwork practice exercises for their revision before assessment weeks.

As a very important update from our office, we are delighted to say that reflecting on our team’s first aid training in October, we have now purchased a defibrillator.

Finally, our team have already begun preparations for the new academic year; our Registrar Milda will be contacting parents at the end of this week regarding priority registration for the Summer Term. This week, all parents will receive the information booklet outlining the process of booking places in the Summer Term, our August summer lessons and the Autumn Term.
