In this week's Senior Tutor Update, Vivek reflects on a successfully completed half term and encourages everyone to take a well-earnt break in preparation for the final six lessons of the academic year.

"My daughter has had Mr G for about a year or so in preparation for 11+ and what we did notice is that she went from a bottom set in her school at maths to the middle of the top set."

We would like to remind all students that this week is the last week of lessons before the half-term break and also Assessment Week! Do remember to review your classwork notes and homework assignments in preparation. More advice on preparing for assessments can be found in the Welcome Booklet.

Please note no group lessons will be taking place between the 31st of May and the 6th of June.

In this week's Senior Tutor Update, Vivek offers parents a glimpse into the work done by our Senior Tutor and Director of Studies in order to monitor student progress, work towards target grades and ensure all three elements of the tutoring triangle and working in cooperation.

Trefoil Tutors are currently looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join our team in May 2021.

The ideal candidate will be an approachable and organised individual with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience in an administrative and customer-facing role is essential.

We are delighted to introduce you to the newest member of our office team, Ruby, who has joined us as our new Evening Receptionist. Without a doubt, both students and their parents will get to know Ruby very well in the coming months as she will be greeting students and liaising with parents during all lessons that take place between Monday and Friday.
