PRIORITY REGISTRATION DEADLINE THIS SUNDAY

We would like to remind parents of our current students that priority registration for the Spring Term is now open and that our current students' places in the lessons are reserved until the 8th of December. Please do make sure to book your child's place before this date to ensure continuity. Any places that are not booked by this date will be offered to students on the waiting list on a first-come, first-served basis.

BOOK YOUR REPORT MEETINGS

At Trefoil Tutors, we value the importance of maintaining an ongoing conversation between parents, tutors and students as a key factor in maintaining tutee progress and development. As the Autumn Term comes to an end, we would therefore like to invite parents to book in a meeting to speak to your child’s tutor and discuss their progress throughout the academic year so far. These meetings will build on the personalised feedback the tutors upload to the online portal every week.

To book your meeting, please log in to the online portal and choose a convenient date and time.

Marking your correspondence preferences on the online portal

SET YOUR MAILING PREFERENCES ON OUR ONLINE PORTAL

We would like to remind parents that you can choose which information you would like to receive vis email by completing the Preferences section on the online portal.

For all correspondence, we will always send you a notification that will pop-up on the front screen when you login to your online portal. In addition to this, you can choose to receive this information via e-mail. We have chosen for you to receive all information via e-mail by default. Visit the Preferences section on the online portal and untick the information you do not wish to receive via email. It will then come up under the 'Subscribed Notifications' section.

Should you have any questions regarding using the website or your login details, please do not hesitate to contact our Website Assistant Jovana via info@trefoiltutors.co.uk.

We would like to remind parents of our current students that registration for the Spring Term has begun! As always, in order to help ensure continuity, we would like to give priority to students already attending the lessons to book their place in the upcoming term before we offer the places to pupils on our waiting list.
Current students' places in the group lessons are reserved until the 8th of December; please do make sure to book your place in the Spring Term before then!
Any places that are not booked after this date will be offered to students on a first-come, first-served basis.

Feedback and Communication training at Trefoil Tutors

On Monday, 21st October, our tutors participated in a training session titled 'Feedback and Communication'. During the session, our Senior Tutor Vivek, discussed the four types of feedback we provide at Trefoil Tutors (post-lesson debriefs, lesson write-ups, individual student comments online and termly parents' meetings), as well as the importance of delivering high-quality feedback to parents. Keeping all three parties (parents, tutors and students) in the loop with current attainment levels, targets and areas for improvement are vital in ensuring long-term, sustained progress and feedback is an ideal too to do so! We hope the training was beneficial as well as enjoyable!

MOCK EXAMINATIONS HAVE STARTED!
